Suncraft has designed and built hundreds of custom homes in some of Central Florida's most prestigious communities, which have earned two Grand Awards and four first place awards in the Parade of Homes. Rather than build from a set of pre-determined floor plans, Suncraft designs each home to meet the needs and budget of each client and encourages customer involvement and input at every stage of the project. Current projects include the Sanctuary Golf Estates , a 38 home development on the Errol Estates golf course and a custom residence on Lake Adair in College Park.
